Rebecca, BA/LLB (1997) (Canterbury), was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 1998; she was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2006.
Rebecca first worked for McElroys from 2000-2003, then spent six years practising in London at two of the leading United Kingdom professional indemnity insurance law firms. On her return to New Zealand in 2008 Rebecca rejoined McElroys and was made an associate of the firm in 2009.
Rebecca has advised on a broad range of claims against professionals, including engineers, solicitors, accountants and trustees, and has expertise in product liability, public liability, real estate insurance.
